Non-drip OK, but not a good filling valve.

These honey gates are very good for stopping the drips, however they are very sticky in their action when opening & closing the valve. It is very hard to control the flow. If the honey is warm it can come out like a dog leg and miss the container completely. Very hard to fill squeezy bottles.

Why doesnt everyone use these ?

These are great - much better than the traditional gates - I dont know why they are not standard kit.
