A 3-frame manual honey extractor (honey spinner) that holds up to three full-depth frames — a great step up for the growing hobby beekeeper. This tangential spinner is simple to use and built from durable food-grade 202 stainless steel.

Two clear perspex lids let you watch the extraction as you harvest, and the reversible spin function lets you do both sides of each frame.

Features

  • Holds up to 3 full-depth frames — tangential design, reversible spin
  • Food-grade 202 stainless steel
  • Sealed bearings & premium steel gears for a quiet, smooth spin
  • Conical base & raised bottom bearing keep the mechanism out of the honey
  • Basket fits most standard Australian frame sizes — Full Depth, WSP, Manley and Ideal
  • Two clear removable perspex lids for easy viewing
  • Solid construction, no sharp edges, easy to clean
  • Easy-pour honey gate for bottling

So easy to use

So easy to use
1st time we extracted 6.5kg from 3 frames

J
Jeff Horne
Simple, compact and effective

Rather than fix it to the floor, I bolted it to a 500mm X 500mm platform about 50mm high. With the leg opposite to the tap, fixed to a corner of the platform. A 20 litre bucket fits neatly under the tap on the diagonal corner. Have only processed two loads (6 frames) so far. It's easy to use, worked well and drained well.
