8 Frame Ideal Super Box - Flat Pack - Dovetail Joints
The Bee box super is made from New Zealand Pine and features dovetail joints for easy assembly.
The box is Ideal size and made to fit 8 frames. Once assembled it is recommended the timber box be primed and painted for longevity.
Ideal sizes frames and supers are approximately 40% smaller than the more commonly used full depth size and are for this reason much easier on the back. They are also commonly used to make cut comb honey.

I am going to use these Ideal supers for winter, in case I have to remove my flow frames, varroa are getting very close to us now
The boxes are great but it was disappointing that no screws or other hardware was included. Lucky I had screws left over from other projects.
Easy to assemble.
Not quite 100 percent flush when assembled
Otherwise ok.
Great easy to assemble strong and didn't need any sanding. Very happy so bought some more
