10 Frame Full Depth Beehive Super/Box Kit Including Frames and Foundation

Do you need an extra super and frames for an expanding hive? This kits comes complete with everything you need to expand your 10 frame beehive:

1 x 10 Frame Sized Bee Box Super:

The Bee box super is made from New Zealand Pine and features dovetail joints for easy assembly. For added strength also included are nails for assembly. The box is Full Depth size and made to fit 8 frames. Once assembled it is recommended the timber box be primed and painted for longevity.

10 Full Depth Timber Frames:

With frames also made from premium New Zealand timber, these full depth langstroth frames feature a solid 13mm grooved bottom bar. The frames are suitable for either wax or the included plastic foundation sheets. The side bars also feature 4 pre-drilled holes to allow for eyelets and wiring of frames if you prefer wax foundation. Also included are the nails required for assembly of the frames.

10 Full Depth Plastic Foundations:

Also included are 10 full depth black plastic foundations to slot into the frames. These plastic foundations are a strong and durable alternative to bees wax foundation.

Overall dimension of the individual foundation is W 42.4cm H 21.0cm. Cell size 5mm. These full depth foundation are designed to fit with a grooved top and bottom bar. For best results we recommend to coat with a thin layer of melted beeswax on the surface prior to putting them in the hive.​​​​​​​
