This uncapping setup is designed to make uncapping your frames easier with less mess. Included with this uncapping station is the food grade plastic tub with honey gate and the perforated stainless steel insert with frame rest.

The uncapping station works by standing your full frames against the two removable stainless steel grate stands, which allows 2 free hands to uncap the frame. The wax cappings and any debris collect on the perforated stainless steel grate allowing the honey to drip and collect in the plastic tub which can then be dispensed through the included honey gate.

1 x Food grade plastic storage tub
1 x 40mm Honey Gate
1 x Stainless Steel Honey drip tray
2 x Stainless Steel removable grate stands for drip tray

Uncapping station

Station is great to keep the workbench clean and harvest honey left from uncapping combs however the clip to hold In the honey comb stand popped off as I tried to use it the first time.

I’m not upset, I just hold the comb at an angle as I cut so does it’s job I got it for still. Just crap the clip popped off before I could even use it,

Great otherwise, delivery was quick for the multiple items I had bought.

Uncapping stand and tray

Was very please with this purchase. Christened it on the weekend with a small 12 frame harvest. It contained all the mess with no spills. Great value whilst on special. Be careful of sharp edges. Recommend washing with a dish brush not a cloth. Unfortunately the weakest link is a few spot welds, one of which has already let go. It can be repaired with a quick pop rivet. So much better than on top of a bucket.
