Plastic Uncapping Tray Station with Honey Gate and Drip Tray

This uncapping setup is designed to make uncapping your frames easier with less mess. The kit includes a food-grade plastic tub with 40mm honey gate, a perforated stainless steel drip tray with removable frame rests, and a stainless steel frame holding tray.

Two ways to use the station:

1. Stand your full frames against the two removable stainless steel grate stands — leaves both hands free to uncap.
2. Use the timber crossbar and balancing spike to hover the frame over the drip tray, giving you access to both sides of the frame.

Either way, wax cappings and debris collect on the perforated stainless steel grate while the honey drips into the plastic tub below. Drain the collected honey straight through the included 40mm honey gate.

The stainless steel holding tray keeps waiting frames off the bench while you work, and doubles as a lid when the station is not in use.
