This latch is exactly what you'd expect, although perhaps a little larger than necessary for a beehive. I had to cut down the threaded section so I could mount the two parts closer than the full length allowed. I only fitted them a few days ago so I have no idea how weather resistant they really are. Time will tell.
First time beekeeper I thought these would be helpful. Easy to attach, easy to adjust. perfect for holding the whole hive together
Great quality and easy to install. Highly recommend and great price, will buy more.
