Frequently asked questions
Are they food safe? Yes. Food grade polypropylene, BPA free, suitable for direct food contact — ideal for dairy, honey, sauces, olives, dips, marinades and bulk dry goods.
Do the lids reseal after opening? Yes — the lid seals back on after opening and can be reused. The tear tab is single-use for tamper evidence, but the lid itself continues to seal normally.
Can I buy fewer than a full carton? Currently we only sell these in full carton quantities.
Can I stack them for storage? Yes. The reinforced side ribs are designed for stacking — nest them empty for compact storage, or stack them filled and lidded for warehouse or pallet use.
Other sizes in this range
The same Australian made range runs from 1 litre up to 5 litre. If you are packing honey rather than general food, our 2.2L / 3kg honey pails are sized to weight instead of volume.
